Growing Your Business

Some entrepreneurs knowingly or unknowingly choose whether to grow their businesses or not. Those who consciously choose not to grow their businesses may do so out of fear of failure during growth period, because they lack the skills to manage growth or simply aren’t prepared. These entrepreneurs may have heard stories of companies that failed during the growth period, and so they knowingly put on breaks to slow their venture growth to a manageable pace. Also, entrepreneurs who choose not to grow their businesses may not understand that venture growth and expansion are natural side-products of successful start-up ventures. Growth is a testimony that the venture has developed a hold in its market and that there is excitement for the products and services.............
