Governance: Managing the Nonfinancials

As a business owner, one of your biggest challenges will be managing the people that you work with. Your ability to convey the company’s culture, mission, values, and vision is a test of your leadership abilities, and this starts with your first hire or those you choose as your advisors and partners. Your goal in employee management is to be able to carry along all employees to see the vision and for them to understand what it is they contribute to the company’s growth.
